At The Lip Bar Kenya, we take pride in the quality and hygiene of our lip care products. Due to the nature of our items (lip gloss, lip oils, lip balms, and other lip care products), we do not offer refunds.
However, we are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are only allowed if the error was on our end, for example, if you received the wrong item or a damaged product.
