- All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

- Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed or shipped.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Same-day delivery is available for Nairobi & selected areas for orders placed before 3 PM.
Standard delivery outside Nairobi takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery fees are location-based and calculated at checkout.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Exchange

- Exchanges are only accepted for unopened items and only if the error was on our end (e.g., wrong product sent or item arrived damaged).
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
