- All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order has been received and is being prepared.
2. Delivery Options (Kenya Only)
We currently deliver within Kenya only through our reliable courier partners.

Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi & Selected Areas):
- Available for orders placed before 3 PM.
- Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next business day.
- Delivery charges vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

Standard Delivery (Outside Nairobi):
- Delivery takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery charges are calculated based on your area.

4. Delivery Issues
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. If the courier cannot reach you and the package is returned, a re-delivery fee may apply.
